Competition Terms and Conditions

This page contains the full Terms & Conditions for all competitions, giveaways and promotional draws conducted by Nude by Nature Pty Ltd.

Each competition hosted by Nude by Nature is governed by its own specific Terms & Conditions, including details relating to eligibility, entry mechanics, promotion periods, prizes, winner selection and notification. These terms are published for transparency and to ensure all participants have access to the information relevant to each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, all competitions are open to eligible Australian residents aged 18 years and over and are conducted in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.

By entering any Nude by Nature competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the relevant Terms & Conditions applicable to that promotion.

For ease of reference, this page may include current and historical competition terms, which remain available for record-keeping and customer enquiries.

Bailey Smith x Nude by Nature 2025

1. Promoter

The promoter is Nude by Nature Pty Ltd (ABN 33 140 677 916).

2. Competition Platform

This promotion is conducted via Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this promotion. This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AFL or any AFL clubs.

3. Promotion Period

The competition commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Thursday 18 December 2025 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Sunday 18 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow @nudebynature on Instagram
  • Like the competition post
  • Comment on the competition post and tag a friend

Sharing the competition post to Instagram Stories will grant one (1) additional entry.

Multiple entries are permitted; each valid comment constitutes one (1) entry.

6. Invalid Entries

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, defamatory, or contain incorrect contact details will be deemed invalid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, including due to technical issues.

7. Prize

Major Prize (1 winner):

  • One (1) Nude by Nature gift pack valued at $1,000 AUD
  • One (1) AFL football signed by Bailey Smith
  • One (1) signed polaroid photograph of Bailey Smith (“N*de”)
  • Two (2) tickets to Geelong’s first AFL game of the 2026 season

Flights, accommodation, travel and associated costs are not included.

Runner-Up Prizes (50 winners):

Each runner-up will receive:

  • One (1) signed polaroid photograph of Bailey Smith (“N*de”)
  • One (1) Nude by Nature makeup product pack

Prize values are correct at the time of printing but may vary. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

8. Judging & Winner Selection

This is a game of chance. Winners will be randomly drawn by the promoter at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner Notification & Claiming
Winners will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday 19 January 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @nudebynature only within two (2) business days of the draw.

If a selected winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of initial contact, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place. A maximum of three (3) draws will be conducted. If after three (3) draws the prize remains unclaimed, the prize will be deemed forfeited and may be dealt with at the Promoter’s discretion, subject to applicable laws.

10. Verification

Winners must provide their full name, delivery address and proof of age to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

11. Use of Entries

By entering, entrants grant the promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish their entry and associated content for promotional purposes across the promoter’s owned and controlled channels, without compensation.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.

13. General

The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
