Each competition hosted by Nude by Nature is governed by its own specific Terms & Conditions, including details relating to eligibility, entry mechanics, promotion periods, prizes, winner selection and notification. These terms are published for transparency and to ensure all participants have access to the information relevant to each promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all competitions are open to eligible Australian residents aged 18 years and over and are conducted in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.
By entering any Nude by Nature competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the relevant Terms & Conditions applicable to that promotion.
For ease of reference, this page may include current and historical competition terms, which remain available for record-keeping and customer enquiries.
Nude By Nature Birthday Giveaway
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Nude by Nature Pty Ltd (ABN 33 140 677 916) of 55 Market Street, 2000, Sydney, Australia.
2. Competition Platform
Nude By Nature Birthday Giveaway – Social Led Competition.
This promotion is conducted via Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this promotion. This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByCharlotte.
3. Promotion Period
The competition commences at 6:00pm (AEDT) on Thursday 15 October 2026 and closes at 6:00pm (AEDT) on Thursday 22 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. By entering the Competition, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any Prize to any Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible Entrants must complete the following during the Promotion Period:

· Like the competition post
· Comment on the competition post and tag a friend
Sharing the competition post to Instagram Stories will grant one (1) additional entry. Multiple entries are permitted; each valid comment constitutes one (1) entry.
6. Invalid Entries
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, defamatory, or contain incorrect contact details will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, including due to technical issues.
7. Prize
Major Prize (1 winner):
· One (1) Nude by Nature voucher valued at $500 AUD
· One (1) By Charlotte Velvet Lotus Jewellery Box valued at $349 AUD
· One (1) By Charlotte 18k Gold Vermeil Serene Dreams Drop Earrings valued at $199 AUD
· One (1) 18k Gold Vermeil You Have My Heart Charm Choker valued at $279 AUD
The total value of all prizes to be awarded is: $1,327 AUD.
Prize values are correct at the time of printing but may vary. Prizes (or any unused portion of a prize) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. Judging & Winner Selection
The competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winner. Winners will be randomly drawn by the Promoter at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner Notification & Publication
Winners will be drawn at 10:00am (AEDT) on Friday 23 October 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @nudebynature only within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will also be published on https://nudebynature.com/pages/competition-terms-and-conditions within 30 days of the draw for no less than 7 days. The winner will receive their prize(s) within 28 days of notification.
10. Unclaimed Prizes
The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to identify and notify the Winners in an attempt to ensure that each Winner receives their Prize. If a selected winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of initial contact, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place to determine an alternate recipient for the prize. A maximum of three (3) draws will be conducted. If after three (3) draws the Prize remains unclaimed, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and may be dealt with at the Promoter’s discretion, subject to applicable laws.
11. Verification
Winners must provide their full name, delivery address and proof of age to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
12. Use Of Entries
By entering, Entrants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish their entry and associated content for promotional purposes across the promoter’s owned and controlled channels, without compensation.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this Competition. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1998. The Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://nudebynature.com/. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at customercare@nudebynature.com.au.
13. Liability
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Entrants Competition entry and/or the use of any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Each Entrant shall indemnify the Promoter (and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (each an “indemnified person”) for any loss, liability, cost, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any indemnified person as a result of (i) the Entrant breaching any of these terms and conditions; (ii) a warranty given by the Entrant proving to be untrue; and (iii) any personal injury arising from or related to any wrongful or negligent act or omission by the Entrant in connection with this Competition. The Entrant’s liability under the indemnity in this clause is reduced proportionately to the extent that the liability is caused or contributed to by the wrongful or negligent act or omission of any indemnified person.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010, as well as any other implied warranties under any similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
