The Perfecting Eye Primer smooths skin and creates an even base for eye makeup application. The untinted formula blends seamlessly into the skin and dries on invisibly. Hi, I was very excited about buying this product. I tried it on my hand in the shop and it was ok. But once I came home and applied on my eyes, it gave me a mild burning sensation and it just got worse until I washed it off. And it still burnt for a long time until I did few tricks to ease it. Very disappointed as I cant return this either now that I have used it.

My eyes were very red, sore and inflamed. Nude by nature have known about all the people having allergic reactions to this product for years and still haven’t changed the ingredients. I’ll never buy this brand again.

I tried this in the store and had an allergic reaction straight away. It's surprising as I did not react at all to the regular primer, and I would have expected an eye primer to be especially delicate. I've looked at the ingredients and found five ingredients that are in the eye primer but not in the regular primer. I suspect it may be the sodium hydroxide as this is the only ingredient that has easily sourced information online about causing skin/eye allergies.

I have no idea how well this product performs, as similar to other reviewers, I reacted to it within a few minutes of applying it (red blotches, especially the outside corner of my eye) Definitely doesn’t suit the delicate eye area if it reacts this quickly to people who don’t normally react to products.

Just put this product on my eyelids and within five minutes they became quite red I got my husband to take photos as I have been using Nude by Nature for over four years and have never had an allergic reaction, I notice in the reviews other women have had same reaction I think the ingredients of this product needs to be looked into, my first bad experience with Nude by Nature.
