This site is owned and operated by Nude by Nature Pty Ltd ABN 33 140 677 916. (Herein after referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘it’). We reserve the right to add to, delete or change these terms because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law. As such, you should check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes.

Delivery Cost
We offer FREE SHIPPING if your purchases total $70 AUD or more. For purchases less than $70 AUD a shipping cost of $9.90 AUD will be charged. Please note we cannot ship goods to an address outside of Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery Time
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. We deliver via Australia Post eParcel to anywhere within Australia. Australia Post makes every effort to deliver within 7-8 business days.
If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local post office you can collect it from.
Nude by Nature is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability on each product page and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
Product Descriptions and Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Production models may vary slightly. You will always receive the latest model.
The colours you see will depend on your monitor and so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Correction of Errors and Limitations
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this website, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Specific Promotions & Offers
Promotions or discounts are non-transferable and cannot be used on any previous purchases. Discounts are not valid on sale items, new products, gift cards, services, other promotions or charitable items. To redeem promotion codes, the code must be applied at the cart or checkout stage of your order. Promotion codes cannot be added to completed orders and no refund or bonus products will be offered if promotion code was not applied correctly. Promotion codes are redeemable one time per customer only. Nude By Nature reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion code offers and these terms and conditions at any time. From time to time promotions will require information from the customer to qualify. By submitting this information, the customer agrees to marketing communications which include but are not limited to SMS and/or email. Please note offer periods are subject to product availability and will terminate early if stocks run out. Timing of all offers and discounts are displayed in AEST unless sold out prior.

We welcome your comments regarding this website. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to us shall be and remain our exclusive property. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to us of all rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. As a condition of purchase from us we reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you. We respect your right not to receive these communications and if you advise us at the time of placing your order that you do not wish to receive these special offer and alert emails we will disable that functionality for your account. Each and every one of these communications will contain a clear link to unsubscribe. We assure you that once you have unsubscribed we will immediately remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.

Unless otherwise specified, all prices quoted and sales transactions are in Australian Dollars. GST is included in sales to Australian customers.

Loyalty Program
Our Natural Beauty Nation Loyalty Program concluded at 2pm (AEDT) on Friday, January 31st 2025 and all remaining loyalty points have been converted into an e-gift card.
Please note, an e-gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. An e-gift card can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Unredeemed values will remain on the e-gift card. An e-gift card should be treated like cash and should be stored securely. Once the e-gift card has been fully redeemed it cannot be reused. Nude By Nature will not be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen e-gift cards.
